Street location
The project is located in the northeast of Haikou City, Hainan Province.
Traffic location
Haiwen Expressway and Hainan Ring Island Expressway intersect within the territory. National Highway G203 and Provincial Highway S201, together with many urban roads, constitute the transportation framework of the whole district. Meilan District is the seat of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and provincial government organs. It is the political, economic and cultural center of Hainan Province and the central urban area of Haikou City.
Tourism location
Located in the northeast of Haikou City, it is bordered by Nandu River in the east, Qiongshan District in the south, Longhua District in the west and Qiongzhou Strait in the north. It has the regional advantage of "near the river and near the sea".
