Location and transportation:

Deqing County is located at the junction of Hangzhou and Huzhou. G25 Expressway and Hangzhou Nanjing Expressway run through the north and south, connecting it closely with Huzhou and Hangzhou. The site of the project is Shangyang village in Deqing County. There are many railway stations and high-speed railway stations around the village. The public transport station is rich in resources. The entrance of Shangyang village is connected with G25 expressway through xiaren line.

Natural environment:

Deqing County, named after "people have virtue, such as water to Qing". Deqing County has mountains, waters, bamboo sea, plains and depressions, fertile soil, green mountains and beautiful waters, fresh air, good water quality and pleasant climate. It is known as "the victory of famous mountains, the land of fish and rice, the house of silk, the land of bamboo and tea, and the land of culture". Shangyang village has a unique natural environment, which is very beneficial to the development of cultural tourism, meditation culture, healthy ecological oxygen bar, nursing home, pollution-free, high-quality and high-efficiency breeding industry.

Overall positioning:

The overall positioning of Xili style Valley has three meanings

1. History and culture: create a local history and culture with Fan Li as the representative of Yue culture, highlight Fan Li's cultural status as the God of wealth, and develop the cultural tourism of God of wealth with Fan Li as the main representative, legends of gods and Jixian drummer as the representative.

2. Traditional culture: build the traditional culture tourism experience projects and products of the Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism Cultural Center Based on Shengxuan temple and Guanghua temple, and the patriotism education and experience base represented by Yang Jiajiang culture.

3. Industrial implantation: the existing agricultural products will be integrated and upgraded into member organic farms to form sightseeing, order type and high value-added organic agriculture, and the platform of resource-saving and environment-friendly financial and Internet business executives' second residence and second vacation office social field will be built to form an emerging industry incubation and social platform. Five major areas: entrance to scenic area and shengxuanguan District, Huahai Yueguo style park, Fan Li Cultural Park, wumuqiao boutique residential area, and Guanghua Temple District in duluowu

1. entrance to the scenic spot and shengxuanguan District: shengxuanguan is the place where the spring and autumn Yue doctors plan ran Wenzi and tongxuan live in seclusion. Fan Li is a disciple of the real person tongxuan. He once helped King Gou practice and help him recover the Yue expedition. This area is based on the deep historical and cultural foundation of "Shengxuan view", and rebuilt and expanded the "Shengxuan view", and promoted the traditional Chinese Taoist culture.

2. Huahai Yueguo style park: to build a cultural experience zone of Yue represented by Fan Li as the cultural element of Yue.
