Job Responsibilities：

1. Communicate and approve the design results with Party A in all aspects of the planning and design process;

2. Guide the business work of planners and designers, and take the lead in bidding for urban design or detailed planning;

3. Come up with ideas, complete the conception of the design plan according to the requirements or the requirements of the bidding documents, and guide th      e deepening of the plan;

4. Fully control the renderings, models, and multimedia.

Job Requirements：

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture major, full-time undergraduate enrollment;

2. Excellent fresh graduates can be considered;

3. Postgraduates with more than 2 years of work experience or undergraduates with more than 3 years of work experience, salary and treatment are negotiable;

4. Have architectural plan design ability or certain construction drawing experience;

5. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Max, Sketch-Up, Microsoft Office and other related professional software;

5. Make drawings at various stages and assist middle and senior designers to develop sketches into reasonable plan drawings;
